Bentonite is a naturally occurring industrial rock with water absorption and alkali exchange capacity; both properties are significantly better than plastic clay and kaolin. In some bentonites, water absorption is accompanied by a significant increase in volume and formation of a gel-like substance. We offer easy handling. Bentonite is first processed by drying in a rotary kiln to a moisture content of 5-8%, then ground in a high-speed roller mill, and then sorted into size grades using cyclones and sieves. Ring roller mill is a crushing machine integrating crushing, drying, conveying, beneficiation and other functions. Grind a 50mm feed size into a variety of product sizes down to 0.037mm, or 3.36mm with a minimum of fines.
The negative pressure air system results in dust-free conveying. Bentonite is either sifted (in granular form) or ground (in powder and ultrafine powder form).
